Which Data Is Available in AppFollow?

  • Ratings and reviews: average rating and rating history, reviews, developer replies, and likes/dislikes
  • AI insights: sentiment analysis, semantic tags, and AI summaries of your feedback, depending on your plan
  • Store presence: metadata and version history, keyword positions, rankings, and featured apps and games
  • Performance: sales and ASO metrics

Available data varies by platform. For example, keyword positions and rankings are only available for app and game stores.

To reply to reviews and access sales and ASO reports, connect your developer accounts, such as App Store Connect or Google Play Console.

Where Can I Monitor Source Updates?

Use Monitoring Agents to get alerts and recurring reports on your sources, such as rating changes, new reviews, ranking moves, and metadata updates. You can receive them in channels like Email, Slack, and Telegram. Available channels vary by agent.

You can also access your data through the API, AI assistants via MCP, or directly in the AppFollow dashboard.

Where Can I Track Reviews?

AppFollow delivers reviews to the tools your team already uses, so you can monitor and respond without switching platforms.

You can also reply to reviews directly from Slack, Telegram, Email, and any of the help desks above.

Is AppFollow Secure?

Yes. AppFollow is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and processes your data in line with the GDPR and EU data protection law. Customer data is hosted in the EU, and AppFollow is a company organized under the laws of Finland. Learn more about data security.

How Accurate Is Your Data?

AppFollow collects data directly from the platforms you track, such as app stores, review sites, and social media. When you connect your developer accounts, like App Store Connect or Google Play Console, AppFollow also pulls data straight from those accounts, including private reviews and sales metrics.

Numbers may sometimes differ slightly from what you see in a store or console, since each platform calculates and updates its data on its own schedule. Learn why ratings can differ between public and private data.

Does AppFollow Offer Trials?

Yes. Most AppFollow plans come with a free 10-day trial, so you can explore the features included in your chosen plan before subscribing. Learn more about trial plans.

When your trial ends, you can upgrade your account to keep using AppFollow, or request a demo if you’d like help finding the right plan for your team. Need more time? Check out how to extend your free trial.
