If you want to change your subscription type and upgrade to a different plan, you can do this from the Subscriptions section of your Account Settings. This page is available to account owners.
If you want to change your plan's reply limits, add more apps, enable additional features, or increase the number of users, your account manager will help you choose the best plan.
