Connection with Google Play Console allows you to reply to your Android app reviews from AppFollow, analyze ratings, report inappropriate reviews, and so much more.
We recommend setting up both the Service Account and the Invite User connection methods, as they complement each other and provide a more complete review data experience.
Service Account and Invite User methods
- The Service Account method ensures stable and faster review collection.
- The Invite User method allows you to access additional features such as App analytics, Report a concern and beta reviews.
When using the Invite User connection, you have the option to enable Countries Connect. This feature allows the system to collect additional data, specifically the country of origin for each review. Please note:
- Country Connect uses a different data source than the standard Invite User method.
- Country Connect is a paid feature. If you’re interested in enabling it to access country-specific insights, please contact us.
