Overview

The Report a Concern integration allows you to report spam or inappropriate reviews directly from AppFollow, without having to log in to your Developer Console account.

Please note that Report a Concern is an add-on feature to your Premium account. Feel free to contact your personal account manager for help or send a message to our Support Team.

Set up the Report a Concern Integration with Google Play

To set up the Report a Concern integration, start by inviting AppFollow as a user to your Google Play account. Here's how to do this:

  1. Open your Google Play Console.
  2. Click "Users and permissions" and "Invite New User":
  3. Enter appfollow.io@gmail.com and set the permissions to "Reply to reviews".
  4.  Click "Invite User":

Now you're almost ready to set up the integration:

  1. In your AppFollow account, open the Integrations List from the left-hand navigation panel.
  2. Click "+Add New Integration" in the top right corner, or edit the existing integration by clicking the gear icon on the right:

  3. Switch to the "Report a Concern" tab.
  4. Check the box to confirm that you've invited appfollow.io@gmail.com to your Google Play account.
  5. Enter your Account ID. To find your Account ID, open the Google Play Settings section and select "Account details". You'll see your Developer ID:

  6. Click "Copy ID" and paste it into the integration pop-up window in AppFollow.
  7. Click "Add Integration":

  8. You're done! Now you can report inappropriate reviews right from the Reply to Reviews page.

You can automate the process of reporting concerns. Learn more in our article on the Auto-replies feature.
