AppFollow login & Enterprise SSO for the MCP are live
Released September 17
Improved. Connecting to the AppFollow MCP no longer requires a Google account, so everyone on your team can connect, whatever your company's identity setup.
- AppFollow login: Click Sign in with AppFollow, log in with your AppFollow email and password, then click Continue to finish connecting.
- Enterprise SSO: If your workspace uses an identity provider such as Okta or Entra, the same Sign in with AppFollow button hands off to your provider and brings you back.
- Google: Works exactly as before.
All three options also work in mobile AI assistant apps, so you can check reviews, ratings, and rankings from your phone.

Agents – The next chapter of Automation
Released September 7
New. Your Automation rules are now agents. They work the same underneath, with a clearer way to hand off work.
- Agents with clear jobs: The AI Support agent replies to reviews, the Categorization agent tags them, and the Rating protection agent reports harmful reviews to the stores.
- Agent library: Ready-made agents you can turn on in one click, replacing presets.
- Simpler setup: Unified reply agents, plus an updated Draft mode that holds AI replies for your review before they're sent.
Everything you've already built keeps working as it does today.
Available to: All plans.

AppFollow MCP & AI Toolkit are live ✨
Released August 3
New. Connect AppFollow to any MCP-compatible AI assistant and work with live reviews, ratings, rankings, and keywords in a single conversation. There are no API keys to copy, and access stays scoped to your own workspace.
For example, if a release brought a wave of 1-star reviews, you can ask your assistant to pull them, find the top three complaints, and draft replies, all without leaving the chat.
The AppFollow AI Toolkit adds ready-made analyst workflows for AI coding assistants:
- /search: Find and track apps.
- /feedback-analysis: KPIs, trends, and top bugs and requests.
- /aso-analysis: Keyword scores, opportunities, and metadata tips.
To get started, add https://mcp.appfollow.io/mcp as a connector and sign in with your AppFollow account.
Available to: Account owners and admins. Usage draws on your workspace's API credits.

Knowledge Base – Accurate, on-brand AI replies for everyone

AI Reply Style – No more prompt writing for Custom instructions
Released May 5
New. Custom Instructions are now AI Reply Style. Instead of writing a prompt, you pick options from dropdowns for tone, greeting, empathy, emoji use, brand voice, and more. The style applies to every AI reply, manual or automated.
For example, you could choose a casual tone, a greeting with the reviewer's name, and light emoji use.
Your existing Custom Instructions were migrated automatically and keep working as before.
Available to: All plans. The number of styles you can create depends on your plan (see plan details).

New. Create your own app groups and see all reviews for them in one feed. You can combine any sources, such as your App Store app, Google Play app, and Trustpilot page, to track feedback for one product across channels. To help you get started, AppFollow suggests groups based on app name. Manual groups are available for workspaces with 3 or more apps.
