The Steam integration allows you to monitor and analyze player feedback from your Steam games directly in AppFollow.
Steam Reviews are available to all customers (open beta), while Custom Reviews Feed + Steam Discussions are currently available by request (closed beta).

Add a Steam game
You can add your Steam game to AppFollow using a self-service flow, without requiring additional integrations or credentials.
Reviews feed

Reply to Steam reviews
You can respond to Steam reviews directly from AppFollow. To set up replies:
- Invite steam-invite-a@appfollow.io to your Steamworks Console.
- Grant the required permissions.
- AppFollow will manually accept the invitation and create the connection.
- Once the connection is complete, you'll be able to publish replies directly from AppFollow.
Automatic translation
Steam reviews are automatically translated into your preferred language, helping distributed teams understand player feedback faster.
