Overview
Feedback Hub is a unified feed for user feedback from sources beyond the app stores. It consolidates feedback from multiple channels into a single interface, allowing you to review and analyze it in one place. In this article, you'll learn about the available sources, how to get started, and the features Feedback Hub offers.
Feedback Hub is available to all users in early access. Steam is the first supported source. If you already track a Steam game, your Steam reviews will continue to appear in the Reviews feed as well.
Feedback Hub is in active development, and features may change as it evolves. We welcome your feedback as we continue to improve it.
Available sources
- Steam: ratings, reviews, and discussions
- Custom source: emails, surveys, and other channels
- Social platforms, community channels, review sites, and marketplaces, including Reddit, Discord, YouTube, G2, Capterra, Shopify App Store, and Chrome Web Store
To request a source that isn't listed, click Suggest new on the Missing source? card.
How to get started
- Go to Reviews → Manage reviews → Feedback hub.
- Select a source from the list to join the beta and connect it.
- To preview Feedback Hub with sample data, turn on Demo view in the top right corner.
Features
- Feedback categories: view feedback under All feedback, Bugs & crashes, Feature requests, and Churn risk. Click Manage to customize the tabs.
- AI summary: get an AI-generated overview of the key themes in your feedback.
- Filters and sorting: filter feedback by period, language, and other criteria using Add filter, and sort results by date.
- Thread display: use Tree view to display replies grouped under the original post, or Flat view to display each message as a separate entry.
- Feedback details: each item includes its source, platform, rating, language, category, and product area.
- Tags: review AI-suggested tags or click Add tag to apply your own.
- Actions: access Auto-translate, Set up monitoring agent, Export, and Feedback & requests from the top of the page.
F.A.Q.
Why isn't the source list displayed?
The source list is only displayed if you don't have a Steam game or other beta sources connected. Once a source is connected, Feedback Hub displays your feedback instead.
Will Steam reviews be removed from the Reviews feed?
No. Steam reviews continue to appear in the Reviews feed in addition to Feedback Hub.
How can I share feedback about Feedback Hub?
