Overview
The Report a Concern integration allows you to report spam or inappropriate reviews directly from AppFollow, without having to log in to your Developer Console account.
Please note that Report a Concern is an add-on feature to your Premium account. Feel free to contact your personal account manager for help or send a message to our Support Team.
Set up the Report a Concern Integration with Google Play
To set up the Report a Concern integration, start by inviting AppFollow as a user to your Google Play account. Here's how to do this:
- Open your Google Play Console.
- Click "Users and permissions" and "Invite New User":
- Enter android2021a@appfollow.io and set the permissions to "Reply to reviews".
- Click "Invite User":
Now you're almost ready to set up the integration:
- In your AppFollow account, open the Integrations List from the left-hand navigation panel.
- Click "+Add New Integration" in the top right corner, or edit the existing integration by clicking the gear icon on the right:
- Switch to the "Report a Concern" tab.
- Check the box to confirm that you've invited android2021a@appfollow.io to your Google Play account.
- Enter your Account ID. To find your Account ID, open the Google Play Settings section and select "Account details". You'll see your Developer ID:
- Click "Copy ID" and paste it into the integration pop-up window in AppFollow.
- Click "Add Integration":
- You're done! Now you can report inappropriate reviews right from the Reply to Reviews page.
