Overview
The Google Play: Invite User Connection allows you to reply to reviews, access incremental worldwide ratings data, and retrieve app analytics data. Additionally, it offers optional features such as reporting offensive and spam reviews, receiving reviews faster, accessing country-specific details, and managing beta reviews, all seamlessly integrated with AppFollow.
Before starting the data connection process, ensure that the invitation is sent from the primary developer account where the apps have been published. The user must have Admin rights to send the invitation.
Set up the Connection in AppFollow
- In AppFollow, click on the Integrations icon on the left-hand panel.
- Click on Source connections.
- Select the app from the dropdown menu.
- Click on Link Account on the Invite user card.
- Select features you want to get access to:
- Reply to reviews
- Ratings data + App analytics
You may also connect these additional paid features and launch free trial later:
- Get rid of SPAM and offensive reviews
- Receive reviews faster + Country data
- Get BETA reviews - Click "Next".
- Find the Developer Account ID in your Google Play Developer account and enter it in the field. Please refer to the following step of this guide.
- Make sure you've invited AppFollow to your Google Play account.
- Complete the connection.
Get the Developer Account ID
Please open your Google Play Developer account and navigate to the Account details in the left-hand menu. You need to use the Developer account ID from the Account details page for the data connection to be configured in AppFollow. 
Invite a new user with required permissions
- Open your Google Play Console, navigate to the "Users and permissions" section, and click "Invite New User":
- Copy the email address from the Invite AppFollow sub-account step from the Google Play connection setup window in AppFollow and enter into the new user details.
- Set the Account permissions to the user in the Google Play Console to "View app information" and "Reply to reviews", and click "Invite User":
- Click the “Invite user” blue button on the right and confirm the invitation.
Once you've added an invitation to access your app's data connection, please do not remove it. Removing it could result in loss of access to important features.
