Integrating AppFollow with various app stores allows you to stay updated on key app data, manage customer feedback, and monitor performance in real-time.
After adding your app and selecting the countries you wish to monitor, you'll be prompted to set up source connections.

Additionally, AppFollow only requires read-only access, so your data remains safe and unchanged.
My connection doesn't work
If you're unable to set up a connection with App Store Connect or Google Play Console, here are a few things to check:

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If your account has 2FA enabled, we won’t be able to access your data. Please create a new account with customer support–level access and without 2FA.

Security Restrictions: App Store Connect or Google Play Console may temporarily block access if they detect suspicious activity. In that case, you may be prompted to re-enter your password.

Insufficient Permissions: Your account may not have the required access level. Please confirm your permissions with the account owner.
