Translate Reviews

Enable the Reviews Translation feature to automatically translate all incoming reviews to your language of choice. 

To enable the Auto-translation feature:

  1. Open the Reply to Reviews page.
  2. Select the app for which you want to enable Auto-translation. You can select an individual app, or choose all apps from a specific store.
  3. Click on "Translation".
  4. Toggle the switch to "On".
  5. Select the language to which new reviews should be translated.
  6. Click "Save".

The Translation feature is enabled per app. If you need to enable Auto-translation for multiple apps, please repeat these steps for each app individually. 

All new incoming reviews will be translated to the selected language automatically. If you would like to translate past reviews, please send a message to our Support Team.

When you select an Auto-translation language for an app, it becomes the translation language for the selected workspace. If you need to translate Reviews to multiple languages, create separate Workspaces for each language.
