Enable the Reviews Translation feature to automatically translate all incoming reviews to your language of choice.
To enable the Auto-translation feature:
- Open the Reply to Reviews page.
- Select the app for which you want to enable Auto-translation. You can select an individual app, or choose all apps from a specific store.
- In the Advanced tools section click on "Off" near the tool title "Translation".
- Toggle the switch to "On".
- Select the language to which new reviews should be translated.
- Click "Save".
The Translation feature is enabled per app. If you need to enable Auto-translation for multiple apps, please repeat these steps for each app individually.
All new incoming reviews will be translated to the selected language automatically. If you would like to translate past reviews, please send a message to our Support Team.
Currently, we only support one language per account. When you switch an auto-translation to some language in one workspace it would change the language for the auto-translation in another workspaces in the account as well.
