Enable the Reviews Translation feature to automatically translate all incoming reviews to your language of choice.
To enable the Auto-translation feature:
- Open the Reviews Feed page.
- Select the app for which you want to enable Auto-translation. You can select an individual app or choose all apps from a specific store.
- In the "Settings" section, click on "Off" near the tool title "Translation".
- Toggle the switch to "On".
- Select the language to which new reviews should be translated.
- Click "Save".
The Translation feature is enabled per app. If you need to enable Auto-translation for multiple apps, please repeat these steps for each app individually.
All new incoming reviews will be translated into the selected language automatically. If you would like to translate past reviews, please send a message to our Support Team.
Currently, we only support one language per account. When you change the auto-translation language in one workspace, it will change the auto-translation language in the rest of the account's workspaces too.
