If your current subscription limits no longer meet your needs, self-service upgrades allow you to purchase additional resources for your existing plan. You can increase limits for apps, manual replies, keywords, competitors, and API credits directly from the Subscription page.
How it works
- Go to Subscription → Account usage.
- Click Upgrade.
- In the Upgrade limits window, select how many additional packages you'd like to add to your subscription.
- Review the updated limits and pricing.
- Click Continue to confirm the upgrade.
Available Self-Serve Upgrades
You can increase the following limits through self-service upgrades:
- Apps
- Manual replies
- Keywords
- Competitors
- API credits
Pricing and Billing
- Additional limits are billed on a monthly basis.
- If you're on an annual subscription, any applicable discount is applied automatically.
- The upgrade window displays both your current limits and the new limits after the selected upgrade, so you can review the impact before proceeding.
Adjust the quantities for each limit to see the resulting allowance and the total amount due before completing your purchase.
