Use the Tagged reviews agent to receive notifications whenever specific tags are added to your reviews.
This is a premium feature. Contact your account manager or the Support team for more information.
Set up Auto-tags to automate the tagging process, and then receive updates about new tags you want to monitor. Learn more here: Automation Agents.
Set Up the Tagged Reviews Agent
To find information on how to set up any agent, check out the following article: Monitoring Agents: Create and Edit.
- Open the Integrations > Monitoring agents section in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Choose the app for which you want to set up an alert.
- Select Tagged reviews from the Agent library.
- Configure the filters to choose the tags you want to monitor.
- Set the threshold for the number of tagged reviews and the timeframe during which the tags are added.
- Select the channel where you want to receive the alert: email, Slack, or Telegram.
- Choose an agent name and review your settings.
- Click Save.
