Reviews can be deleted from the stores either by the user who posted them or by the store itself.
If a review is deleted after it has been collected by AppFollow, its status is not automatically synced, so the review may remain visible in the Reviews feed.
However, if you try to reply to a deleted review from AppFollow, the review will be marked as Deleted. You can find these reviews using the Visibility → Deleted filter. Deleted reviews are excluded from the Reviews feed unless this filter is applied.
Replies to deleted reviews do not count toward your subscription's reply limit.
A review can also be marked as Deleted after you Report a Concern through AppFollow. In this case, the "Review has been deleted" message next to the reply means that the review was removed following your report.
