Change or Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password and need to restore access to your account, please reset your password using this form: Reset Password.

If you remember your password and want to update it:

1. In AppFollow, click on your avatar on the lower left and navigate to Change Password.
2. Type in your current password.
3. Type in a new password, and confirm it by retyping below.
4. Click "Save changes".

Password Requirements

When creating a password, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

• Minimum 8 characters
• Includes at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
• Includes at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
• Includes at least one number (0-9)
• Includes at least one symbol (e.g., !#$?_ )
• Contains only Latin characters

Additionally, avoid the following:

• Using the company name (e.g., CompanyName1234! is invalid)
• Using only Cyrillic characters (e.g., Компания1234! is invalid)
• Reusing your previous password
