Change or Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password and need to restore access to your account, please reset your password using this form: Reset Password.

If you remember your password and want to update it:

1. In AppFollow, click on your avatar on the lower left and navigate to Change Password.
2. Type in your current password.
3. Type in a new password, and confirm it by retyping below.
4. Click "Save changes".

Password Requirements

When creating a password, please ensure it does not include the following:

• The company name (e.g., CompanyName1234! is invalid)
• Only Cyrillic characters (e.g., Компания1234! is invalid)
• The previous password you used

A strong example of a valid password is Qwerty12345! (though still considered weak).
