If you're using a paid plan but decide it's no longer the right fit, you can cancel your subscription. Once your subscription ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, and you'll still be able to use AppFollow within the Free plan limits.
To cancel your subscription, go to the Subscription page in your AppFollow account. Open the three-dot menu next to your current plan and select Cancel subscription:
If the Cancel subscription option isn't available in your account, please contact our Support team or your Customer Success Manager, and we'll be happy to help you personally with your cancellation request.
After your subscription is canceled, you can remove your saved payment method from the Billing settings page by clicking Delete next to your payment method.
