Troubleshoot Automations after Rule Updates

Automation runs once every 24 hours for a unique review. If you remove an auto-reply or auto-tag, the rule will be reapplied.

Auto-tags

The logic for auto-tags works without delay, so you will see changes immediately after applying an update to the auto-tag rule.

Auto-replies

When updating an auto-reply rule, all reviews that meet the conditions and already have a reply submitted will be affected by the changes no sooner than 24 hours after the update. This prevents duplicate replies from being published to a single review.

We do not apply or reapply automation to reviews that are older than 3 days.

When we generate an unmoderated or approved reply for a review, we block the generation of any automated replies for that review for 24 hours. This helps to prevent duplicates.

Advanced Automation - Report a concern

There are no delays for the "Report a Concern" feature. We publish a report only once, ensuring there are no duplicates in this case.
