When an Automation agent is active, you may see the following warning message:
“Action required: Automation agent is paused for apps with missing source connection. Click here to set up the connection and publish replies to the store.”
What does the warning mean?
This warning means that one or more apps configured for the Automation agent no longer have an active Reviews & Replies Source Connection and the connection needs to be reset.
If the Automation agent toggle is enabled and the agent is active, the rule will continue running normally for apps that have an active Reviews & Replies Source Connection.
Steps to resolve
- Navigate to the Source Connections page.
- Verify if the apps the Automation agent is set for have an active Reviews & Replies Source Connection.
- If you encounter a Reviews & Replies Source Connection with an error:
- Hover over the question mark icon.
- Follow the actions required as explained in the error description.
