When you have published an automation rule but see the following warning message: “Action required: Automation rule is paused for apps with missing source connection. Click here to set up the connection and publish replies to the store.”
What does the warning mean?
This message indicates that at least one of the apps associated with the automation rule needs the Reviews & Replies integration to be reset.
If the toggle is on and the rule is active, it means the rule will continue to run normally for apps with an active Reviews & Replies integration.
Steps to Resolve
- Navigate to the Linked Integrations page.
- Verify if the apps the automation rule is set for have active Reviews & Replies integrations.
- If you encounter a Reviews & Replies integration with an error:
- Hover over the question mark icon.
- Follow the actions required as explained in the error description.
