Overview
The Rating Summary agent tracks your app rating changes for you. It sends a report to the channel of your choice (Slack, Telegram, or Email) summarizing your app's current rating and how it changed compared to the previous period. The report is sent even if there have been no changes to the rating, so you always know where things stand. Here's an example of what this report may look like:
Set Up a Rating Summary Agent
- Go to Integrations > Monitoring agents in the left-hand navigation panel.
- In Agent library, find Rating Summary and click Add agent.
- Choose the app you want to track.
- Configure the rules and conditions (e.g., receive reports for a specific country), and click Save. If you leave rules blank, workspace settings will be applied.
- Enter the email address you want to receive the reports at, select periodicity (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), and click Save.
- Give your report a name and click Save.
