Overview
AppFollow’s Trustpilot API Integration provides a secure and scalable way to respond to Trustpilot reviews directly from AppFollow. By using the Trustpilot API, you can ensure a more compliant and reliable setup for managing review responses.
This integration is available for customers on paid Trustpilot plans with access to the Trustpilot API and AppFollow Team plan and higher subscribers.
How to get access
Currently, this integration is not available as a self-service option. To set it up, you’ll need to:
- Create an integration in your Trustpilot console.
- Provide the following details to the AppFollow team:
- API credentials (API Key and Secret)
- A responder user email (mapped to your Trustpilot account; replies will appear under your company name, according to user settings)
- Our team will handle the final setup on your behalf.
Create an integration in Trustpilot
Follow these steps in your Trustpilot console:
Go to Integrations → Developers → APIs.
Click to create a new application, fill in the Name, and click "Create application".
- Make sure the integration switch is turned ON.
