Overview
The Total Rating Change alert keeps you informed about shifts in your app’s overall rating. A sudden drop can directly affect your conversion rate, so staying on top of these changes helps you react quickly and maintain your app’s reputation.
Available for: App Store and Google Play apps (no Console connection required).
This alert is triggered only if the rating change is 0.01 (or more) within the last 24 hours.
You can set up filters based on the number of user ratings and a threshold for rating changes. For example, you can get an alert if your app's rating decreases by 0.01 stars. The minimum change threshold is 0.01.
Set Up the Total Rating Change Alert
If no country condition is selected, the reports will be generated for the workspace default country.

- Open the Alerts & reports section in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Choose the app that you want to set up an alert for (multiple apps can be selected).
- Select the Total Rating Change alert from the alert notification list.
- Optionally, configure the country rules and a number of ratings.
- Choose a threshold for rating changes.
- Select the channel where you want to receive the alert: Email, Slack, or Telegram.
- Choose an alert name and review your settings.
- Click Save.
