Overview

The Total Rating Change agent monitors your app's overall rating and notifies you when it changes beyond a threshold you define. A sudden drop can directly affect your conversion rate, so staying on top of these changes helps you react quickly and maintain your app’s reputation.

Available for: App Store and Google Play apps (no Console connection required).

This notification is triggered only if the rating change is 0.01 (or more) within the last 24 hours.

You can set up filters based on the number of user ratings and a threshold for rating changes. For example, you can get a notification if your app's rating decreases by 0.01 stars. The minimum change threshold is 0.01.

Set Up the Total Rating Change Agent

If you don't select a country, the agent uses your workspace's default country.
