If you don't want to miss your app's new featured reviews, the Featured Reviews Summary Smart Alert will help you stay informed.
Available Metrics
- Featured Reviews - the number of unique featured reviews per week (by alert locale, or worldwide)
- Change - the change to the number of reviews in comparison with the previous week
- Avg. Rating - the average rating of unique featured reviews for the week
- Reply Rate - the number of featured reviews per week with a reply.
Set Up a Regular Report
- Open the Regular reports section in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Choose the app for which you want to set up a report.
- Select the Featured Review Summary regular report.
- Optionally, configure the rules and conditions to select a country.
- Select the periodicity of the report: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Note: Reports are generated at 9 AM according to your time zone. Weekly reports are generated on Mondays. If there is no data, an empty alert is delivered anyway. - Select the channel where you want to receive the report: email, Slack, or Telegram.
- Choose a report name and review your settings.
- Click "Continue" to save your changes.
