Google Play: Troubleshooting the ASO Report Connection

Issue

The ASO Report connection isn't configured in AppFollow after you enter your account ID.

Solution

To troubleshoot this issue, please make sure you have invited the AppFollow user (find the email in your account instructions) to your Google Developer Console with:

  • Read-only access to the app
  • "View app information" permissions

Make sure the Account ID is entered correctly.
