Support Agent Publication Modes

When configuring a Support agent, you can enable Draft mode to save generated replies as drafts instead of publishing them automatically. This gives you the opportunity to review and edit responses before they are posted to your app store.

How Draft Mode works

When Draft mode is enabled, every reply generated by the Support agent is saved with the Draft status. The reply will not be published until you review and approve it.

To review and publish draft replies:

  1. Open the Reviews Feed from the left-hand navigation panel.
  2. Select the app whose draft replies you want to review.
  3. Set the Reply filter to Draft and click Apply.
  4. Review the generated reply, make any edits if needed, and click Publish.

Support agents with Draft mode enabled are labeled Draft mode in the agents list, making them easy to identify.

Auto-posting Mode

When Draft mode is disabled, the Support agent automatically publishes generated replies directly to the app stores without requiring manual review.

This mode is ideal if you trust your Support agent to publish replies automatically without manual review.

Before activating an agent, make sure the review scope and agent actions are configured correctly, as replies will be published without pre-moderation.
