App Store
- Follow the link and sign in using your Apple ID and password to get started.
- Enter verification code.
- Navigate through the topics (e.g. Membership & Account, App Review, App Store Connect) and select App Review
- Under App Review select Appeal an App Rejection or App Removal
- Select and confirm preferable way of contacting you.
- Enter the App Information.
- Add description of your query.
Google Play
- Navigate to the Google Play Console Help Center - Contact Us.

Click “Contact us” and follow the prompts to submit your issue.
Optionally, if you received a message or prompt from the @GooglePlayDev social account, you may be directed to a specialized "Contact Us" form. This form is managed by the Google Play Developer Social support team and is used when a social media agent requests additional information to assist you.
