Quick Overview

At the top of the 'Reply to Reviews' page, you'll find an AI-generated summary of the reviews in the current view. This summary offers a quick overview of the main themes and sentiments, allowing you to grasp the overall feedback at a glance.

Dynamic Updates

The summary updates automatically when you change filters or presets, showing only positive or negative reviews, reviews from a specific country or language, and more. This ensures you always receive relevant insights based on the specific subset of reviews you're viewing, making it easier to tailor your responses and prioritize issues.

Efficient Responses

Instead of reading each review individually, focus on the summarized insights to identify common issues, praise, or suggestions. This helps you respond more efficiently and effectively, create auto-reply rules, or apply bulk actions to address the most critical points raised by your customers.

Regional and Topical Insights

The AI Summary on the Reviews Analysis page is tailored to show insights based on country and tag distribution. This makes it easy to see what's happening in specific regions or topics, helping you identify trends and areas needing attention.

Detailed Feedback Access

From the AI Summary, click on "View reviews" to go through the exact feedback on the Reply to Reviews page used to generate the summary.

The total share of reviews per topic in the AI summary may exceed 100%. This is because a single review can address multiple topics, resulting in an overlap that causes the total percentage to surpass 100%.
On the other hand, the total share can also be less than 100% if there are reviews that the AI doesn't include in the summary. For example, some reviews may be classified as "nonsense" or irrelevant, meaning they don't contribute to any topic categorization, which lowers the overall percentage.

The AI Semantic button on the Semantic Analysis page provides a concise overview of feedback related to specific semantic categories. This helps you understand the context and sentiment without sifting through each review manually.

Whether it's a new feature, a recurring issue, or general user satisfaction, the AI Summary provides clear and actionable insights. Generating summaries for specific topics helps you focus on the areas that matter most to your business.

 

Alerts - AI summary

Stay Notified

Set alerts to get notified about the AI Summary by specific semantic tags or whole semantic categories.

Simply click on "Add to Slack" from the AI Summary on the AI Semantic Analysis page or set the alert from the Integrations section - Alerts tab.
