You’re confused about the discrepancy in incremental ratings by country and worldwide.
Cause
We base the Incremental - Country ratings on public data available on Google Play. This data is different from the worldwide incremental ratings.
For the Incremental country data, we deduct today’s ratings from the ratings we stored for the previous day.
In AppFollow, this report from the console is used for the Incremental Worldwide chart. We show here exactly the numbers you can see or export from the console.
