This article explains how to invite a user to your Samsung Galaxy Store Seller Portal, a required step when connecting your Galaxy Store app to AppFollow to enable review monitoring and replying.
Log in to the Samsung Galaxy Store seller portal https://seller.samsungapps.com/
Go to Assistance → Manager Accounts → Invite a new manager
Send an Invitation to the AppFollow email sg2026@appfollow.io with the Buyer Comments Manager role.
